I have been training at the gym since 2016 at least 3x a week. i have tried several training and nutrition programs to achieve my goals but, since training with Suzette my results have finally been visible. I started training under her supervision after a caesarean section. Her programs and advice are remarkable effective. I have found my motivation, tone and shape with her quality workouts. Suzette is a trainer who listens and is committed to meeting the needs of her clients.

A couple of weeks ago, I was walking my dogs. Not unusual of course but, I noticed I was moving with more power. I was stronger even in my length of stride and push off my toes. It’s really nice to feel that again, its been awhile. My legs don’t seem to ache like they used to and I am not as stiff. You got me over my 5 year hump of inactivity! Onward and upward - I look forward to getting stronger!
